In REORGANIZE FRIENDSHIP wordt de geest van Roberto Matta nieuw leven ingeblazen in een zintuiglijke tentoonstelling vol collaboratieve installaties, satire en multimedia. In de industriële setting van NDSM FUSE onderzoekt deze expo hoe kunst ons kan helpen om onderdrukking te bevragen, democratie te herdenken en nieuwe vormen van verbinding te creëren. After the sold-out ADE event at Pllek, we can't wait to welcome Lola back on King's Night! With a beautiful view over the IJ, Pllek transforms into a bustling nightclub for one night. Laura Meester opens the evening with her soulful mix of disco and old-school house. Tom Trago, with more than two decades of experience, then takes over. The Groningen talent Emvae increases the energy, after which LAMMER ends the night with euphoric 90s rave and house.

The May edition of Live at Our Place brings an evening of musical diversity with Otis August, Joshua Lewis and MOOD. Otis August presents his self-produced mix of hip-hop, (neo) soul, pop and indie electronics, combining personal stories and layered instrumentals. De studenten verkennen nieuwe vormen van storytelling met analoge en digitale media. Hun werk is persoonlijk, onderzoekend en emotioneel geladen: elke laag onthult iets nieuws. Kom ervaren hoe technologie, kunst en gevoel samenkomen in deze bijzondere presentatie op NDSM.

What does hope look like in a world full of fractures? The group exhibition RE:FWD: A Reply to the Present, A Forward to Us All brings together the future visions of 22 young artists, starting February 7th at Kunstlinie (and from July 18th at NDSM FUSE). Through installations, soundscapes, paintings, textile art, and sculptures, they explore hope – critically, speculatively, and multilayered. Under the motto ‘without awareness, no foundation can form, and no one can live in a castle in the air,’ they delve into grief, resilience, and possibilities.
